1. Does the price include postage and delivery?
The listed price is only the cost of the merchandise. Postage, delivery and handling charges are separate costs as we rely on third-party courier and delivery services.

2. Does the price include gift-wrapping?
The listed price takes into consideration packaging material to ensure the best protection of the merchandise while it is being delivered to you. If you would like the merchandise to be gift-wrapped, we do charge a nominal fee of S$3 for the gift-box, ribbons and gift-tag.

3. In what currencies are the products priced?
You may chose to view the prices of the products in Singapore dollars, US dollars and Euros. However, please note that all transactions will be processed in US dollars.

4. How long is the delivery process? When can I expect to receive the products I ordered?
We assure you of the prompt execution of all orders. Do please allow us up to two weeks for the confirmation of your order and delivery due to stock availability and requisition of goods for your order. In the circumstances of a delay, or products being unavailable, amongst other problems, we will advise you to the best of our knowledge. For local delivery within Singapore, arrangements can be made for delivery within three (3) to five (5) working days.

9. Do you entertain a product return policy?
In the event that our products may have been damaged in the shipping process, we do entertain a replacement. Though we adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition, we cannot always guarantee that the products reach you without damages. In this instance, kindly send us photographs of the damaged products, together with your contact details, within 30 days of delivery in order that we may assess the damages and arrange for the delivery of a replacement. We regret that we will not send any refunds.
